Ainsely quickly signed with other top agencies including Elite Models in New York, Elite Models in Miami, Elite Models in Barcelona, Elite Models in Amsterdam, Joy Models in Milan, Modelwerk in Hamburg, Starz People in Hong Kong, Heffner Management in Seattle, and IQ Models in Istanbul. In 2003, Ainsley was in the music video for Darius Danesh's song "Colourblind." Subsequently, the two began dating which landed Ainsley in the glossies. The media attention only helped Ainsley's career helping her land numerous editorials as well as a Day & Night cover.
